I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet neighborhood and a short walk away from the restaurant. The hotel also provided an electric taxi service, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service from check-in to check-out.

The stay at Elite Alpine Lodge in Saas-Fee was absolutely fantastic. The hosts, Sybille and her husband, were incredibly warm and provided excellent service throughout our stay. They were attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. The accommodation was top-notch with spacious, clean rooms and comfortable beds. The well-equipped kitchen and beautiful mountain views added to the charm. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with made-to-order eggs. We highly recommend this mountain hideaway for a winter wonderland getaway.

The hotel offers a range of activities in Saas-fee, and the staff is knowledgeable and eager to help with recommendations. Rooms are spacious and modern with amenities like a washer and dryer, well-appointed bathrooms, and comfortable beds. The breakfast is excellent, with local products and a magnificent buffet.

The hotel does not offer a spa area like some others in the area.

During my Xmas holiday, I had a decent experience at a small boutique hotel in a Swiss mountain village. The room was well appointed, with a coffee machine and a teakettle, and the location was ideal, with easy access to transportation and local attractions. The highlight of my stay was the free laundry and dryer service available underground, which was a great convenience.

The staff's service was poor. They lacked warmth and kindness, showing no interest in making my stay special.
